Best Western Hotel San Benedetto

I absolutely fell in love with this hotel! It's incredibly clean, stylish, and modern. There’s even an elevator, which was a nice touch. To our delight, our room had air conditioning! And thank goodness, because it was over 30°C the day we arrived. Thanks to the cool air and the huge, comfortable bed, we slept so well! The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, and the bathroom was also large and spotless. Near the reception there was a water cooler, and the staff kindly offered us glass carafes to fill and take to our room. The hotel has its own private, covered parking (around €10), and also offers EV charging for €5 per night, which is great. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. We had dinner at a lovely restaurant just around the corner, and in the morning we had time to visit the cathedral and grab breakfast at a nearby bakery. Although we checked out on time, the staff let us leave our car in the garage a bit longer while we explored the city, which we really appreciated. It was an amazing experience!

The reception services were outstanding.

Really nice lady at reception, giving us all the info we needed. Even informed us about a large group for breakfast next day and told us to come a bit earlier or later to avoid this. Really appreciated.

Perfect hotel location. Room very modern, kettle etc provided and bed very comfortable. Hot and cold breakfast with staff being attentive. Bonus having a small bar to buy drinks in the evening. Staff very happy to store my medication travel case in hotel fridge/freezer. Unfortunately, on check out, I forgot my medication. So on arrival at our next destination (also a ‘Best Western Hotel’) staff contacted the San Benedetto who arranged to post everything back to me in the UK, which arrived safely.

Friendly receptionist and helpful. Close to centre and restaurants. Easy parking outside hotel. I didn't use hotel's parking. Very quiet and ideal for a good night's sleep.
